For decades I have been the Goldilocks of bed pillows: too high, too flat, too hot, too lumpy, too firm, too soft, etc. I have tried them all including other memory foam pillows which I hated. Ecoden is the only pillow that I have liked and have kept using. I actually look forward to a better night's sleep with it. It supports my neck and head by cradling the head; it keeps my shoulders from pressing down into the mattress as a side-sleeper. My shoulder and neck pain went away in about a week's time. My hair gets ripped out less too when I turn over, a bonus. I liked it so much I bought my husband a pillow. Without any prompting from me, he said he is sleeping better with the Ecoden pillow as well. I/We recommend this pillow.

As side and back sleeper it was everything I thought a pillow should look like. The cover is comfortable as well.
My only negative comment about the cover is that if you haven’t shaved that night the material balls up and threads unravel because of the stubble.

I have had the pillow for about two months. It took some getting use to but I believe it helps keep my upper spine properly aligned when sleeping leading to less neck pain and pressure on the nerves that cause tingling in ly arms and hands. This was the main reason for my purchase so I am cautiously optimistic that using Ecoden pillow has helped these issues.

This is the most comfortable pillow I've ever had. What made me want to buy it is the nice technical explanation on your web site about how it was constructed. It's perfect for people with neck problems. No other pillow that I've found, including Sleep Number, bases their research on people with neck problems. They only base it on comfort.
My only concern is that it was made in China and a lot of companies use enslaved labor. I hope Ecoden doesn't do that.

Pillow and case are well made and turn out to be quite comfortable for my need to sleep on my back. The firmness of the pillow is perfect. It works great when I sleep on my side. All the curves are perfect. Sleeping on my back is only alright because the pillow does not quite fit for my flat head and short neck. However, it still works better them the other ergonomic pillows that I tried.

Since changing to the Ecoden pillow, I don't wake up with neck pain each morning. I have been using it for a few weeks now and have noticed a huge difference. The only thing I would suggest is having a pillow with more loft (thicker) for those who have broader shoulders. It's literally the only complaint my husband has since switching.

I needed a new pillow and decided to take a chance on an Ecoden pillow. It has proven to be a good decision. I love how it cradles my head when I sleep on my back, and it provides great neck support. Then when I roll to my side the height is just perfect and doesn't squish down over time. Keeps my head at just the right height. As a result I've slept better and wake up without the neck pain I was experiencing before I got the pillow. It's an effective design, It is working great for me and I definitely recommend it.

I started having neck and back pain a few months ago and saw an add for this pillow, and thought it might help me. I purchased it, but was so disappointed with the ship time. I went ahead and purchased what I thought was a similar product on Amazon, got it the next day, and experienced some improvement. Then the Ecoden pillow came in and oh boy. Night and day, doesn’t even compare. This pillow is structured and firm where it needs to be, but still soft and cushy. I have zero neck and back pain when I wake up now.

I was super sceptical because I've tried so many "miracle" pillows and they have all failed to meet expectations. I couldn't be happier with my Ecoden pillow! The weird shape really works - I have had zero neck, shoulder pain are using it. I recommend it to family and friends all the time. The only downside was not knowing how long the shipping would take (2-3 weeks) beforehand.
