Ecoden Pte Ltd. and its associates, successors and assigns (collectively referred to as ‘us’, ‘we’ and ‘our) are providing their goods and services to you (the person making an order with us) subject to the following terms. By agreeing to purchase a product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Ecoden® reserves the right to change and alter these terms without giving prior notice and it is up to the user of the website to take responsibility to return to this page to review any changes that have been made. Any changes made to these Terms take effect from the exact time of posting on this website. It is advised before the purchase of any product that you review this section. The last time these Terms and Conditions were altered was in May 2020.

We guarantee that any discomfort you may experience during your sleep, such as neck and back pain will improve and even eliminated within the 30-days trial. In the unlikely event that you find this is not the case with your Ecoden® experience please follow the instructions below: 

  • Your item must be in the same quality you receive it in.
  • Items that are returned dirty, broken, damaged or stained will not be eligible for the refund.
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not-refundable. 
  • You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your retuned item


Please remember to submit your application within 30 days of receiving the product. Applications that do not meet this criteria will not be approved for refund. We reserve our right to reject a refund request in the event that we are not satisfied (acting reasonably) with the returned product. 

Shipping & Handling

All orders placed will be dispatched from the designated warehouse within 2 business days. 


Your parcel will be delivered to the shipping address you specify at the time of purchase. Ecoden® is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or inaccurate addresses. If your order has already been processed then we can’t make any changes to the address or change the course of the parcel. If this does happen, Ecoden® won’t be able to send you another parcel or make a refund.


In the event that a parcel is returned to Ecoden® for various reasons including, non-payment of fees, duties or taxes, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, you will need to email hello@ecodendreams.com to arrange redelivery and may be responsible to pay for all postage costs.


Delayed, lost or damaged shipments are not the responsibility of Ecoden®. Upon delivery of the products, you must inspect the products for any shortage or quality issues. If Ecoden® have provided you with more products than what you ordered, you must notify us and return the surplus Products to us (we will bear the shipping costs).


Risk in the products will pass to you upon confirmation of delivery as provided in the local transport courier’s tracking system. Ecoden® is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels that are delivered to the address provided during checkout. In the event that the parcel is lost or stolen, you should contact the transport courier or local authorities for resolution. We strictly will not send you another parcel or process a product refund.


Any complimentary product that is sent by Ecoden® will not be eligible under Ecoden®'s return policy. 


All delivery times quoted to you are indicative only. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third-party. 


All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays and any other delays caused in circumstances that are outside of our control.


Please note that all shipping time frames are from the date of dispatch, not the date that your order is made.

Taxes, Fees and Duties

When, or after delivery is made, there may be fees, duties, import/export and excise taxes, as well as other fees or assessments which may be assessed or levied by any national, State, or local government and any of their departments and subdivisions in relation to the ordered products.


These charges are not included in the original shipping charge, and must be paid by you in addition to the amounts stated on our website. You will not be entitled to payment or reimbursement by Ecoden® for those charges.


If you fail to pay the required fees, duties, taxes or assessments and the items are returned to us, we will provide you with a refund for the returned products excluding the original delivery costs.


In the event the parcel is rejected by you and not returned, Ecoden® will not send another parcel or make a refund.

Returns

Returns are only with our prior written consent, which may be withheld at our sole discretion and provided on a case by case basis.


Ecoden® is not able to refund product purchases unless the product is defective or you qualify for a refund in accordance with our Money Back Guarantee.


If you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, and you wish to return, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, including all accompanying material. The products must be sealed.


Once returned you will be entitled to a full refund which will not include the cost of the return postage. Shipping costs for change-of-mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to not be in original condition. 


If you have received the wrong products, or any item is damaged, please contact us immediately (and no longer than 7 days from receipt of the products). You must provide a full detailed description of the problem / damage, photos of the products received or damages as well as your name, contact number or email and order number. We will then determine how best to resolve your problem.


If you consider that an item is defective and you are entitled to a replacement or a refund, you must first email hello@ecodendreams.com and describe your problem within 30 days of your receipt and a replacement will be provided.


Subject to the below paragraph, Ecoden® will offer a refund for defective items only if the defective product is returned to us. We will review your claim as soon as we can and, if we are satisfied that your product is defective once returned, we will provide you with a refund for the defective product.


We offer a three (3) year warranty for our Ecoden® bamboo charcoal pillow. If, at any time within three (3) years following your receipt of the pillow, it no longer works for any reason and you have used it in accordance with our instructions, we will provide you with a replacement pillow free of charge. To make a claim under this warranty, you can either return the pillow to us, or provide us with an explanation and picture demonstrating how the pillow is no longer working, within three (3) years from the date that you received it. We will review your claim as soon as we can and, if we are satisfied that the pillow is no longer working, we will send you a new pillow.


If you elect to return the defective product to us, it is your responsibility to pay for shipping costs upon return. It is the user’s responsibility to be aware of this. 

Intellectual Property

Except to the extent owned by our suppliers or licensors, we own all Intellectual Property Rights subsisting in our website, our products and our branding. Nothing in these Terms or our website in any way grants you any right or entitlement of whatever nature in respect of our Intellectual Property Rights.


We reserve all rights, title and interests in our Intellectual Property Rights.


For the purposes of this paragraph, Intellectual Property Rights means intellectual property rights conferred by statute, common law or equity in any part of the world including (without limitation) patents, trademarks, copyright and neighbouring rights, designs, domain names, know how, circuit layouts, moral rights, rights in get-up, inventions and other results of intellectual activity in theindustrial, commercial, scientific, literary or artistic fields, whether registered or not, and all other rights of a like nature which are now or may in the future subsist or be conferred in relation to them by the law in force in any part of the world, including all renewals and extensions.
