I absolutely love it. The only issue i have with the product is their covers. They catch a lot of lint and that looks so ugly. The pillow cover's lint get my hair stuck into them. I am hoping this issue gets sorted out.

Helps with pain management alot.

This pillow is so comfortable. I am a side sleeper and this keeps my knees in alignment with my hips for a good nights sleep.

Love the pillow as it enables me to sleep without pain.

I guess the only complaint I have with it is the zipper tab can dig into your skin. I sort of fixed it by folding it forward and then pushing the zipper closed. But it should have been handled in the design to hide the zipper tab.

I bought one of these knee pillows for my husband, who was previously using a standard head pillow. He loves the knee pillow for it’s support and comfort! He talked about it so much, I bought one for myself. I’m an all-over-the-place sleeper (side - back - side -repeat) and this knee pillow keeps my hips aligned, knees from knocking, and legs uncrossed during the night. Now I don’t like to sleep without it!

Works like a charm, can’t sleep with out it!

I also use it to elevate my head when watching TV in bed. It fits nicely between the legs. If I move around a lot at night it really doesn’t stay put. Probably if it had Velcro straps it would stay where it belongs a little easier.

The Ecoden pillow worked so well I had to try their other products. Needless to say I am super impressed with the bang for buck and will be supporting this company for life!

I have a pinched nerve in my blower back. I went to the chiropractor and it didn't help. So I went online to research alternative solutions. The price was reasonable, so I made the purchase. My only complaint was that I ordered it Dec. 08, 2021 and it was stuck in Jamaica New York and was only delivered January 05, 2022. I also was so excited , I neglected to let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours. I must tell you this knee pillow is a Godsend. A miracle for me. I sleep with it every night and have less pain than ever before. On a scale of 1-10, I have a 2 on some nights, most nights a 0. After dealing with pain for 5 months, this is wonderful. I recommend this people, this company to others.

I had a total knee replacement 6 years ago. I always sleep with a pillow under my knee. I'm now using the Ecodern knee pillow and it works great ~ better than a pillow.

I tried using the pillow a couple of nights. So far, I am not finding it too helpful, but I will keep trying from time to time.

Great pillow to lock up the knees to prevent twisting of the back. I am getting more accustomed to it everyday. Used to use a regular pillow but it allowed me to shift my leg position and twist my back (bad). Morning back pain is much better now.

I had been suffering from hip pain and a massage therapist recommended sleeping on my back, but I am a side sleeper so I searched for a pillow that would help reduce hip pain for side sleepers and found this WONDERFUL Ecoden Bamboo Knee Pillow! This keeps your upper leg stable, no harm to the lower leg. Just avoid the squeeze with the own weight of the leg. After having the second shot of vaccine, I couldn't get up for one whole day, then this knee pillow did an excellent job. Thank you!

Still adjusting

I appreciate this knee pillow and am still adjusting to using it after a few weeks. I find it is helpful to my alignment overall as a side sleeper. I will continue to use it. It is also a great prop on top of my pillow when I am reading in bed!

I just need to get used to sleeping with it . Good product.

I am a side sleeper with arthritis in 1 knee. When it flares up sleeping could be uncomfortable & at times painful. This pillow between my knees does the trick. I got the small 1 which is the perfect size. I am only 5’.

This pillow for low back and hip pain really helps my back and hips be in a supportive position as I am a side sleeper. I am having much less back pain--I will take this traveling with me. thank you!

The pillow is well made and comfy. Makes a difference when sleeping on your side as it aligns your body properly. But you do have to move it around as your sleep position changes. That doesn’t bother me.

The memory foam is a lot softer than other brands, highly recommended.

Pillow is good, Pillow Case pills, and looks/feels bad. I am sure m hairy legs have something to do with it. It's a guy thing.

This pillow is the perfect size and shape for a 5'4" person! I have an arthritc hip,and this allows me to sleep on my side very comfortably. It also stays put and doesn't flatten out-eliminates figeting in the middle of the night.

The pillow performed exactly as advertised. I have a bad left knee that requires a knee replacement and I have bone on bone, when sleeping, if both knees touch either other on the inside it is so painful that is was waking me up. The contour pillow gave my instant relief, so glad I purchased it.

I purchased this pillow for my husband who has chronic lower back pain. He says his back pain is better when he gets up in the morning and his mobility is better. Can do more with less pain now. Having a removable cover that can be washed is a great idea and seems very durable. Would recommend to anyone who is suffering with lower back pain.

This pillow does exactly what is says it does --- helps you sleep w/o causing back problems. I am a side sleeper and the issue of the leg falling over has annoyed me and I think contributes to sciatic problems. This pillow stops the leg fall-over problem and we'll see if it also reduces some sciatic pain. Will post more later as I use this longer but for now I'm very happy with this product.

The pillow seems to be helping with lower back pain but I'm 6' 1" and if the pillow were a bit bigger overall and about 2 or 3 inches longer I think it would be perfect and would have given it 5 stars. Also, it's a bit pricey but I would still recommend it.

The first night I slept with this pillow I was asleep for 7 straight hours. At 61 years of age this is something that hasn't happened in 15 years. My back feels great, and it's relieving the pain I had in my hips!! Something that even my expensive high quality mattress couldn't. Thank you.

It took a few nights to get used to the leg pillow but now it helps with a comfortable nights sleep. I recently had knee replacement surgery and my back was beginning to hurt every morning from trying to sleep correctly. This has helped my back pain. I would recommend trying this pillow

I love the shape of this pillow. I toss and turn a LOT during the night and the tapered shape of this pillow means less fighting the bedding while trying to turn over. With other pillows it was always a struggle to get the pillow back in place as they would get caught up in bedding. This one stays between my legs with only a little effort to squeeze it in place as I roll. It seems a good size for me. (I’m 5’4”). I’ve noticed it has helped with my lower back pain - I know it won’t fix it but any relief is welcome! It took a few days of using it to notice a difference.

I am a side sleeper and I often have discomfort in the hips when I turn over from one side the other and the contour pillow helps alleviate the discomfort. It is soft and comfortable but firm enough to stay in place where it is needed.

Super comfortable for me. I’m a big guy. 6ft 200 lbs. Have tried the typical H shaped support pillows. Find this new shape far superior. Very soft but supports my large legs. Even stays in place when I turn over during the night. Highly recommended.

I was skeptical about these but ordered them anyway. They looked small coming out of the package but they do give me great relief in bed. Plus they are not bulky like a pillow under the sheets. My back feels much better.

My back went out, & my chiropractor told me to sleep on my side with my knees together. Until I saw an ad for this pillow; I had tried without much success to keep my knees together all night long. Once I got this pillow; problem solved! It is light enough to keep my knees in the proper position, & cool enough to not make me sweat up a storm. I would totally recommend one if you have back problems; & have been told to sleep on your side with your knees together.

Highly recommend this pillow for between your knees. I started using this to help relieve back pain and soreness from sleeping. This is a nice small, very soft pillow that can be used between your knees or a little higher between your thighs. I would definitely purchase again.

I’ve always used a pillow between my knees at night to help with back pain. It’s fine. But the first night I slept using this pillow, I slept like I’d been hit by a truck. I don’t think I moved or dreamed. I can’t believe it. Why would a pillow make such a difference? Who knows. I’m so thrilled, though!

It really do help with my back pain. These pillow help me so much when I wake up in the morning. I don't have the back pain anymore! Getting out of bed is so much less painful :)

Was surprisingly pleased with the petite nature of the design. Not near as bulky in appearance or in use as other styles/designs on the market. Easy to store when not in use. Recommended by physical therapist following L4/L5 surgery for herniated disc. Wake with no stiffness or nagging sciatica! Very pleased.

I don't think it makes a lot of difference. It's not uncomfortable, but it hasn't helped my back pain.

I have only used for a couple of nights. I am having a little difficulty adjusting to the contours of the pillow. I seem to be more comfortable with it positioned the opposite direction but have noticed relief in my back pain. Am giving it more time to get used to it!

I have used this in place of a regular pillow and I like it a lot. It stays in place when I'm sleeping and seems effective in reducing my lower back pain. I can't tell how durable it is because I've only used it for a month, but I'm glad I bought it.

I want to be honest, at the beginning I was a bit sceptical but I hoped it really worked. I've been had Sciatica for a month, every day this annoying pain in my left leg, after the first night I felt better starting from the next morning and then I got better every day a little bit more. It really worked with me. It's super comfortable, does not bother at all and incredibile, when I wake up, it's still between my knees. I used to sleep with a pillow before buying Ecoden and it's not the same experience. Pillow goes where it wants, after a while it deserts and no relief the next morning getting up. Highly recommended.

I’m 30 weeks pregnant and this pillow has saved me! Tried so many things last pregnancy including the pregnancy pillows which I hated. This pillow stays put between my legs even when I awkwardly roll from one side to the other. I am attributing my great sleep to this pillow. Never in my life have I used a bolster to sleep. After trying this out, I can't ever sleep without a bolster. Damn you Ecoden!!! :D

Still not used to it

This knee pillow is a game changer. It's so comfortable, and it makes turning over while sleeping a much more easeful process than using a regular pillow, which requires a lot of maneuvering. After several weeks of use, I definitely notice an improvement in the chronic lower back pain I often experience. Highly recommend!
